We’re based at 75 New Bond Street, literally a second’s walk from Bond Street Elizabeth Line tube and Hanover Square, one of my personal favourite squares in London.
Hanover Square has real history. Laid out in the early eighteenth century, it started as a square of elegant Georgian townhouses and has evolved into a thriving commercial hub while keeping its green, communal heart. Today, heritage and modernity sit side by side, creating one of London’s most attractive office locations.
The commercial transformation here is striking. GPE’s Hanover scheme brings high-quality offices, retail, restaurants, and public space to the square. Leading firms such as KKR, Glencore UK, and Lexington Partners have taken space here, while retail and lifestyle occupiers activate the streetscape. Landlords are investing heavily to create buildings where people actually want to work.
