Longevity are in super-growth and have expanded out of their Marylebone offices. Ashwell London was appointed to identify offices on a flexible lease that had been fitted out, mitigating cap-ex. After considering serviced offices, managed solutions and traditional leases, we identified tenant release space within the iconic St Paul's Churchyard building.

After detailed negotiations and numerous design meetings, our client has signed a lease on 7,000 sq ft on a single floor with an abundance of natural daylight, private offices and meeting rooms fitted out to their requirements, and on very favourable terms.
