Global independent investment bank, Moelis has taken two floors totalling c.49,500 sq ft sq ft within Derwent London's forthcoming 25 Baker Street scheme, which is set for practical completion in Q4 2024.
The scheme is Derwent's largest West End office scheme and Ashwell London has been advising on this exciting project since 2020. Moelis has acquired two floors on levels 2 and 3. PIMCO has acquired levels 5 to 9, with an option to take the 4th floor. Should PIMCO not exercise this option, then Moelis will take levels 3 and 4, leaving just the 1st and 2nd floors of c.49,000 sq ft available to let.
